个人简介：

1999年6月博士毕业于中国科技大学物理系凝聚态物理专业，同年获得中国科学院院长奖。1999年9月进入中国科技大学热科学和能源工程系从事薄膜材料热物理方面的博士后研究工作，在站期间曾获得中国博士后科学基金和王宽诚博士后工作奖励基金资助。2000年9月受“CHINA DISTINGUISHED VISITING FELLOWSHIPS”资助，在英国诺丁汉大学工作访问。从2001年6月起留任中国科学技术大学物理系副教授至今。本人长期从事宽禁带半导体薄膜物理与器件以及半导体纳米体系的光电子学研究。目前已发表发表相关SCI研究论文四十余篇，被他人引用二百多次。
